How long does shipping take?

  • International: Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 7-14 business days.

How much are the shipping costs?

Our shipping rates vary based on your location and are calculated at checkout. To see your shipping cost:

  1. Add your desired products to the cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your delivery address to calculate shipping costs.

Is it possible to return your products once purchased?

At Butter Be Kind, your satisfaction is our priority. Here are our return guidelines:

  • Unopened Products: You may return any unopened product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. We recommend reviewing the ingredients and product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

Return Process:
If you need to return an unopened product, please email us at hi@butterbekind.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process, including providing a return authorization number and instructions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Is it possible to receive testers of your products?

To support sustainability, we currently do not offer testers. However, we will soon offer a mini product set, perfect for testing before committing to larger sizes. These smaller packages also make excellent gifts!

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! Butter Be Kind is committed to being 100% vegan and cruelty-free. None of our products are tested on animals, and we use plant-based, ethically sourced ingredients.

Are your products safe for all skin types?

Our products are specially designed for sensitive skin, using natural and gentle ingredients, making them generally suitable for all skin types. However, if you have known allergies or highly reactive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full use to ensure compatibility.

How should I store my Butter Be Kind products?

To preserve the quality of our natural products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Always ensure lids are tightly closed after use.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We occasionally run special promotions and discounts. Subscribe to our newsletter and receive a 10% discount on your first order. Additionally, follow us on social media to stay updated on our latest promotions, exclusive deals, and new product launches.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us at hi@butterbekind.eu as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed, we’ll do our best to assist.

Do your products have an expiration date?

The exact expiry date is written on the product - most of the products expire 2 years after production.

What ingredients do you use in your products?

We use only 100% natural, vegan and ethically sourced ingredients in our formulations. Our products are free of mineral oils, silicones, parabens, artificial colorings and artificial fragrances. You can find the full ingredient list for each product on its respective product page.

 Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes! Sustainability is at the core of our mission. Our packaging is made from recyclable materials, and we strive to minimize waste throughout our production process.

How do I recycle your packaging?

We’re committed to reducing waste! Most of our packaging is fully recyclable. Check the product label for specific recycling instructions or send us an email and we’ll help you.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@butterbekind.eu within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged items so we can resolve the issue promptly.
